Can I use this if I do not know what skills are?

Yes. Think in tasks first: research, read pages, make decks, generate images. Skills are just the way Codex, Claude, Cursor, and other AI tools call those abilities.

Can Doubao, Kimi, or ChatGPT web connect directly?

Not in the same way Codex or Claude Code can. Regular web AI products cannot install ToolRelay directly yet. The next non-technical entry point should be an online task workbench.

Why not just buy many APIs myself?

Most users want completed work, not vendor docs. ToolRelay connects search, images, documents, voice, and business services behind one account and one usage ledger.

How does billing work?

You pay with credits per successful call. Failed calls do not deduct credits, and high-cost tasks ask for confirmation first.
